Main Campus

The Main Campus will offer institutional space, with three incubator spaces below for administration and programming with housing facilities on the second floor. Planned tenants for the Main Campus are:

Healthcare (St. Croix) Campus

The Healthcare Center, across the street from our partner institution Hôpital St. Croix (Episcopalian), will offer three incubators spaces below with housing above. The anticipated tenants are as follows:

Academic Campus

Eight classrooms provided to Haitian universities and Uni Haiti projects at-cost, and to international universities and NGOs at cost-plus.

Residential Campus

Four AIA-inspired Haiti Housing Collaborative homes and the Rubin Foundation-sponsored earth-quake-proof building will be built. The homes will be tentatively used as Uni Haiti housing and the building will be tentatively used as the Uni Haiti Youth Hostel/Dormitory.

Academic campus  - international university of Haiti

The Academic Campus of the International University Center sits on a narrow lot on rue St. Croix, in Léogâne’s center, near the Main Campus.

The planned uni haiti youth hostel

The planned UniHaiti Youth Hostel was designed by Stephen Forneris, AIA, Associate Principal, Perkins Eastman, with support of the Shelley & Donald Rubin Foundation. The 220-page building manual is available online in both English and French.
